This property is located in the neighborhood of Mt Hope, directly east of Downtown San Diego. This project showcases Streamline’s problem-solving abilities in moving through process 5 entitlements, and working successfully with city staff on a very challenging site. The project consists of 11 single family residences and 18 ADUs through the development of a 10 lot subdivision per a tentative parcel map and vacation of existing easements.
