Alek is a native San Diegan with 16 years of experience in the built environment and involvement in over $2B of real estate projects. He possesses a dynamic background, having started his career in architecture and then transitioning into project management, development, and the capital markets.

In his most recent role with JPI, a top 10 national multifamily developer, Mr. Diachenko co-led the capital markets efforts for the Western Division and participated in the sourcing and execution of over $600MM in debt & equity multifamily financing. Prior to that, Mr. Diachenko spent six years with JLL on both their investment sales and capital projects teams.
